At tacco-alto.com, we are limited to preparing the products/orders you order and shipping them to the address you provide. The delivery of the products and the delivery process are the sole responsibility of the carrier. Your orders will be delivered within 6 business days after payment is confirmed to the carrier. Our company cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, losses, or damages after the orders have been handed over to the carrier.
Customs procedures and tax identification numbers
Customs procedures vary from country to country. For European countries and the United Kingdom, we process shipments by entering Tax Identification Numbers (IOSS) to facilitate customs clearance, as well as the United Kingdom VAT number. This is an application designed to expedite customs procedures and minimize customs costs. Customs fees may or may not be applicable. Customs costs and fees
In rare cases, additional customs fees may apply depending on your country's customs procedures. Please check your country's customs regulations and restrictions if customs fees apply. tacco-alto.com does not cover customs fees, and any additional customs fees incurred are the customer's responsibility. Return or destruction of the product due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer. The buyer will not receive the product from the shipping company or customs. If the shipping company cannot contact the buyer regarding delivery, the product will be returned to the seller. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees or any additional costs that may arise in connection with the purchased products. Failure to pay these fees may result in the products being confiscated and destroyed by the respective country's customs authorities. If the product(s) purchased by the buyer is/are prohibited by law in the country specified in the buyer's order form, the seller will not refund any fees, and all legal liability lies with the buyer.
Delivery address and information
Please ensure you provide the correct and complete delivery address and contact information when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or missing delivery addresses.
Damaged or lost shipments
For damaged shipments, please accept your cargo along with a damage assessment report upon receipt. No action will be taken upon acceptance of your shipment without a damage assessment. For lost shipments and shipments that appear to have been delivered but not received, please call the freight company using the tracking number provided to you.
